This is a handmade protective dust cover in clear vinyl for your IBM Selectric I, II or III (check measurements blow). Select the trim color and size. Measure the width of your Selectric from the outer left side platen knob to the outer right side platen knob to make sure the cover will fit.
The dust covers are designed to fit close but have enough room to slip on/off easily. Here are the approximate measurements of the covers:
NARROW: 18" to 18.5" W x 15.5" to 16" D x 7.5" to 8" H REGULAR: 20" to 20.5" W x 15.5" to 16" D x 7.5" to 8" H WIDE: 22.5" to 23" W x 15.5" to 16" D x 7.5" to 8" H
W = maximum width side to side, D = depth front to back, H = maximum height bottom to top Typewriter not included. This is for the dust cover only.
Note: Your clear vinyl dust cover will arrive wrinkled/creased due to being folded to fit in the packaging for shipping. To get rid of creases, put the dust cover on a level surface. Use a hair dryer or heat gun medium heat, keep it five to six inches away from the vinyl. Slowly move it from side to side across the surface until the wrinkles go away and the vinyl relaxes.
